Terms
The short version: the service is free, the work you submit must be yours, and we can revoke what we issued if the rules break.
The service
NetProof is free. You solve networking challenges, we verify the result, and a passing verification earns a public proof page. The service is provided as-is, with no warranty and no uptime promise, and we may change it or shut it down.
Your account
One person per account. Keep control of the email you sign in with; anything done while signed in to your account is on you.
The work must be yours
Proofs exist to show what you can do. Submitting work you did not do, copying someone else's solution, or letting someone else solve under your account gets the proof revoked. Repeat cases close the account.
Do not abuse the site
- No impersonating people or companies in handles, names, or bios.
- No offensive content in anything that renders on a public page.
- No scraping at scale, probing, or working around rate limits.
What we can do
Review is manual and judgment-based; what passes is our call. We can revoke a proof page, remove content, or close an account that breaks these terms. A proof page means we verified the submitted work at that time. It is not a certification and not a guarantee of employment.
Your content
Your work stays yours. Earning a proof page means we display your handle, profile, and verification results publicly until the page is removed or revoked. How we handle the underlying data is on the privacy page.
